AI-Driven
- Learners respond by voice or text to a simulated HCP prompt
- The AI evaluates their response against an optimal response that is sourced from your approved, compliant content
- Real-time scoring and coaching feedback are provided
- If the response is noncompliant or too far from optimal, the learner retries
- Once the AI determines a learner responded adequately, the HCP conversation continues
Fully Scripted
- A learner responds by selecting a response from 3 pre-determined text choices
- Scoring and pre-scripted coaching feedback are provided based on learners selected choice (Best, OK, or Incorrect)
- If they choose the incorrect response, the learner tries again
- Once the Best or OK choice is selected, the HCP conversation continues
